• Posisikan secara berbaring/horizontal, baik untuk produk QUANTAC® (dalam bentuk lembaran/sheet) atau produk QUANTAC® MAX (dalam bentuk gulungan/roll)
• Pastikan menyimpan produk QUANTAC® & QUANTAC® MAX menggunakan pembungkus kertas berlapis PET (polyethylene) untuk menghindari kontak langsung dari air, embun, dan uap pada produk
• Gunakan sistem manajemen barang FIFO (First in First out) pada penggunaan produk QUANTAC® & QUANTAC® MAX, atau setidaknya gunakan produk selambat-lambatnya 1 tahun setelah pembelian
• Simpan pada ruang tertutup tanpa adanya kontak sinar matahri langsung, dengan suhu ruangan setidaknya ± 20°C dan kelembaban <70%
• Jaga jarak dengan sumber penerangan
• Cegah produk QUANTAC® & QUANTAC® MAX berbenturan dengan material lainnya

Currently, all company operations are carried out via the head office in Jakarta, but to reach customers outside of JABODETABEK, we have several official resellers appointed by the company in the areas of Sumatra, Kalimantan, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Bali, and Sulawesi.

In general, direct purchases through the Customer Engagement/Sales team of PT. Digital Sarana Intimedia or via the Tokopedia Official Store are not subject to a minimum order quantity, unless otherwise specified.

For purchases of ready-stock items directly through the PT. Digital Sarana Intimedia Customer Engagement/Sales team, orders will be dispatched from Jakarta with the following DELIVERY Standards:

• Purchases made before 1:00 PM (WIB) will be dispatched on the same day (Day T).
• Purchases made after 1:00 PM (WIB) will be dispatched on the following day (Day T+1).
• Shipping outside the JABODETABEK area via third-party logistics/expedition services is handled as follows:
  • The expedition service must be directly appointed by the customer.
  • Shipping costs/fees are to be borne and paid by the customer at the destination city (Freight Collect).
    
    

• All products distributed by PT. Digital Sarana Intimedia are under warranty. Any claims regarding product discrepancies in quality, specifications, performance, or condition will be eligible for a replacement of the same item, in accordance with applicable handling standards.
• To address complaints regarding products distributed by PT. Digital Sarana Intimedia, please contact the respective Customer Engagement/Sales representative.

• Gather information regarding the encountered issues, including:
  • What (Nature of the complaint or problem faced)
  • Which (Type of problematic material, including type, size, purchase lot number, and delivery details)
  • How (Incident details, including the printing process, finishing, and the application method onto the surface for stickers)
  • Where (Application surface/location, its shape, and surface condition)
  • When (Time when the problem first occurred)
  • How many (Quantity of problematic material within a single pack—whether partial or total)
• Collect supporting evidence for the complaint, as follows:
  • The problematic material
  • Samples of the application surface/media
  • Similar materials that do not exhibit the same issue
  • Other application surface samples that are not problematic (if available)
